Hi everyone,

The petition case to bring my husband was approved. Also, I already paid the AOS fee. But now I'm unsure which AOS form my parents will to fill? I know the petitioner must fill out the I-864 regardless. But since I don't work anymore because of school, my income isn't sufficient to meet the poverty guidelines. Therefore, I'm going to be using my parents income but I'm unsure which forms they would have to fill out. They filed their taxes jointly. I currently live with my parents.
