hi

that's when your 2 year GC expires, you must remove conditions before your card expires

you can file up to 90 days before your card expires

OK so I can start file early in 2018 like in may?

You can't file more than 90 days before the 2018 date. So I'd probably look at filing early June which would be just inside the opening of the 90 day window.

It would be May (05/27/2018) not June based on your anniversary date of 8/25/16 so you could file as early as 5/27/18.
