USCIS refuses to give out USPS tracking number(merged)

Iv heard of cases where green card wasnt even sent...

On dec 17th i got email from uscis saying that they shipped the card on dec 7th and tracking number is unavalialble.

Filed a claim with usps but nothing.

Hmmm..

Anyone experienced anything similar?

 

tracking got  back to where it was in 30 mins but still showing the same

It was more than a month, your card must MIA. It is time to call USCIS, sorry for your inconvenience.

my green card was delivered after seventy days,just in case anybody has the same problem,card shipped dec 7,2018 delivered feb 15/2019
