Started I-130, I-485 @Phoenix location

Sent an almost complete package to the Phoenix address for USICS via FedEx. That was received per FedEx on the 13th. It is now the 20th and still have not received any message from them. I filed the required form for them to update us.

AND.. we still have money in our checking account :-) That part scares me when the government won't take your money :-)

Without a receipt number I can't check status obviously.

Any advice besides be patient? I know this will take many months, but would like to know they at least have it and it is somewhere in the process.

What do you mean your package was "almost complete"? If something substantial is missing, the package might be returned to you. If not, you should receive your case numbers soon. Did you include the G1145?

I included only 4 instead of 6 passport photos. I wanted to have more photos of us.

I know I will get RFI'd most likely, but just a little anxious as most seem to get notification within a couple of days of it getting to the office, and getting their checking account emptied :-)

Concurrent filing always goes to the Chicago Lockbox. You sent it to the wrong address.

From USCIS.gov:

"Application Sent to the Wrong Filing Location

If you sent your application to the wrong filing location, we will forward your application to the correct Lockbox facility. If the application is not processed by a Lockbox facility, it is returned to the customer.

If customers or their representatives have specific cases where this is not happening, you should provide additional information to Lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov and we will make any required corrections."
