W2 form required???(Manila Embassy)

hello everyone I just want to ask if w2 form is required because my fiance don't have it. He only have form1040 to send, is that will be a problem to my interview? My interview is on September 29 it seems like we have everything except that .. Thanks in advance!

Go to irs.gov and have him print his tax return transcript for free or walk in to a local IRS office and have them print it out. The 1040 is just a form he claimed he would file and not actual proof of filing and acceptance by the IRS. Good luck! :)

he said they need like 47 identification and he don't have that :(

He needs a computer and a printer.

OR

Photo ID. When I did a walk-in, I had my driver's license and knew my SSN and address which they verbally asked me to provide.

I'm not sure what the issue is.

he said when he tried the website irs.gov they asked for many identification(ID's) and he don't have enough. He is working on weekdays and probably they are close on weekend :( but thank you very much for the information I really appreciate. :)
