I am new to this group and I apologize. But I don't understand either response.

I do not know much about a Tunisan fiancé but from what I hear the embassy is very slow. What information are you looking for? What kind of questions do you have? Edited by USAMorocco

USCIS received my FedEx I-130 application yesterday and I got a text message and an email today stating they received it and has been forwarded to Nebraska. From what I understand the first NOA takes approximately 5 months and second NOA the same and the next step is the EMBASSY. IVE SEEN IN A FACEBOOK group this is the average processing times yet I've seen it go faster...much faster for other countries such as the Philippines. I'm wondering if anyone knows about the process for Tunisian applicants for the I-130?

I filed my husbands 1-130 in October and got first noa 1 October 7 2016 received noa 2 December 27 2016 Whoever put the comment about 90 day fiancé please don't be rude and try and ruin other people's happiness because of some stupid reality show. My husband is from Tunisia and is a wonderful man. We have been together for two years. Philippines always processes faster. Did you receive a receipt number from your first noa 1?

Your next step is with the NVC, you will have to pay on line 2 fees, and submit some docs to them. I'm sorry I don't recall all what is involved, you may want to call them and ask for your case number, you will need to give them your contact information. Once they have your case number, you will start the NVC processing .

here is a link to information on the NVC.

Just ignore the snotty comments, some embassy are tougher then the ones that hand our visas like candy.
