Greetings Everyone!!

I am new at this need guidance..

I'm a newlywed just married the love of my life which resides in Haiti. I've been married twice already earlier in my life. We've been married for about almost 60 days already. I've been traveling back and forth it's been a rollercoaster but worth it.

Need guidance on what do I need for the I-30 forms. Do you think it's too early to start the process?

If you want your spouse to come join you in the USA, you should get the ball rolling. Look at the guide for Spouse visa http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1

It is not too early to start the process.

Its never too early, when you want to live with the love of your life

while doing all your paperworks, you should start collecting evidences, trips, phone calls, pics, gift, etc.

I married June 17 and did my husband application August 2 but I also filed at the embassy in dr since I'm still here with him. I'm assuming Haiti is similar to dr(high fraud country) so you definitely want to front load your application

I put 84 photos and 19 pages of screenshots of our conversation (6 per page) affidavit from family and friends as well

Marriage license must be translated into English as well as his bc and for dr they must be leagalized I'm not sure if Haiti is the same

I love my husband ?‍?‍?
