After entering the US on K1 Visa

I know the K1 Visa is a one time entry into the US, so my question is, when would my fiancé be able to travel back to her country after we marry in the US?. Must she finish with her Green Card before she can travel again? We are looking to have a post wedding party in her country for family and friends as soon as she is able to travel. Thanks

When you file AOS you can file for EAD and AP for free.... EAD (Work permit) and AP (travel permit) takes about 90 days to get...

She can leave no problem, it's getting back in. When you file for the green card you have the option to also apply for permission to work and advance parole at no extra filing fee cost. You will need to wait for either the advance parole (which is about 90 days, sometimes more) or the green card
