Hey Friends,

I've filed a second attempt for my petition (first one was denied). Meanwhile, I've been offered a job in another west-African country that my fiancé can move to. Two questions:

1. Is there any way to change his file so that he can go through the process in the country I'm moving too?

2. Do you think it will have a negative effect, as if we're "embassy shopping," or will the positive effects (I'll attend interviews with him and we'll be living together after 3 years away).

3. This country is less stable, and has had some terrorist attacks. Could this increase restriction and effect k1 petition?

Before rushing into another petition, you should try to solve the reasons why you were denied in the first place. There will be a record of your history regardless of what embassy your petition is processed through.
