K1 Visa still under Supervisor Review!!!

Has anyone been through this issue before please see my details below:

1. Filed for K1 visa and was received on February 1, 2016 by USCIS

2. Case was approved by USCIS on May 11, 2016 and forwarded to the NVC

3. Received an email from NVC June 07, 2016 that they have forwarded the case to the embassy in Amman Jordan

4. The Visa status check (CEAC) used to say IN TRANSIT TO CONSULAR. Now when i search for my case its says Your search did not return any data.

I've been calling the NVC for the past 2 months and they keep telling me the case has been forwarded to the embassy and also they have assigned it to a supervisor for review.

Can anyone advise please.

Yes I've contacted them, but they don't have my case.

one of my friend had the same issues...He sponsor his fiancee in January..approved petition in March 2016...forwarded to HCM Cosular (Vietnam)...When check back..no data found..
