My question is. Calling USCIS too much could delay the case ( Form I-130) . mean get the approval ??

Why do you need to call USCIS? You can check for updates on the USCIS website https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do. Or are there changes you need to make?

Basically your case sits on a shelf for several months until someone pulls it to review it. There is no way it could be delayed further than it already is by just sitting on a shelf. So, to answer your question, no; calling USCIS does not delay your case.

Just remember the USCIS hotline is called the "misinformation line" on VJ for a reason, so calling doesn't usually help much anyway.

Which visa are you filing for? I see you got your NOA1 in March... It looks like Morocco receives NOA2's between 4 and 5 months if you're filing CR-1/IR-1. If it is beyond 5 months since your NOA1 (which is considered a "reasonable" amount of time), you can contract your congressperson to check in on your case and that sometimes helps!

What would you be calling for? If it is a really important issue, then you MIGHT want to give them a call. But if your concern is anything along the lines of "I sent my package 2 days, did you get it?" or "It's been 2 weeks since last online update, what's going on?", or "Am I approved yet?", don't bother tying up the line when others have legitimate questions.

Typically, there are no updates between receipt and petition approval, so there's no "update" to see. Otherwise, good post. There's really no point in calling unless you have an issue to inform USCIS about, but it only wastes your time and ties up the line, to call. It has no impact on your case, which is probably sitting in a dark closet waiting to be seen by a human. Tat human will likely spend less than 30 minutes with the file before approving it, sending an RFE or denying it.
