One statement of intent to Marry. Doomed for RFE?

I am super worried. My Fiance was out here when we put the packet together. We filled out ONE statement of intent to Marry. We reworded it using "we" and what not. We both signed it. Is this ok? Or are we doomed forcan RFE?

I wouldn't say "doomed," I think that'll be up to the discretion of the officer who reviews it. They could accept it, and they could not, honestly. It does ask for two letters in the instructions.

If I were you, if postage isn't too expensive I'd get the beneficiary to send the petitioner a new letter of intent for just their half, just in case you do get the RFE you can send it off ASAP which should help prevent too big a delay in your case.

I'll be seeing him in two weeks as he is deployed in S. Cali for the time being with the Royal Air Force. He's got a few months before he's out of military for good.

The instructions say

Submit evidence that you and your fiancé(e) intend to marry within 90 days of your fiancé(e)'s entry as a K-1. Evidence of your intention to marry may include a statement of intent to marry.

You did that. It does not specify you must write two letter.

The instructions say

You did that. It does not specify you must write two letter.

True; however the VisaJourney guide specifies otherwise leading me to believe people have gotten RFEs or something for similar: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

5. Original statements (from both the US Citizen and foreign fiance) certifying an intent to marry within 90 days of entering the US on a valid K-1.

Better to be prepared just in case, I think.
