I make over 50K but I dont want to show that much. Yesterday spoke with my cpa and he said if i want to show 21K total income I need to.pay 4K taxes. Self employed taxes are very high. So I was gonna di it 2015 amendmend but Changed my mind. Since it is 2017 next 2 months. I will just do 2016 with 21K.

Do you guys know if self employed affidavid is business income gross or total net. I have heard shelf employed is business income minus expenses.

Also we can do our taxe return 01/03/2016. I wanna do it asap. My interview definitly in 2017.

@klenexx

If you show 53K business income and with expenses if you show below 21K total income you might be in trouble. As far as I know self employed with schedule C you need to have 21K net. Not gross. Otherwise you can make 50K and with expeses you might end 12K profit. Please let me know.

maybe this isn't the best discussion forum for tax evasion? like i'm no accounting expert but maybe you should just put your total income. Self employed has their own set of rules, it's on the form's instructions.

haha, thats what i was thinking!

Plus now this person just put his/hers intentions on the internet. Any government official can look you up and use it against you.

He basically just self incriminated himself/herself

My fiance called around 8 am and it took him 9 minutes waiting and got his case number . We are approved 10/4/16 after 36 days . Use the last 4 digits number (0400) to call as you know there are 2 numbers to dial .

Hope you will get yours in time .

When should i start calling ? Can anyone help me with the number and all and preferred time to call?

I have over 5K expenses a month and over little 50K gross. There is no tax evasion. I am talking about 2015. Second year in business. But to sponsor I need to show more profit.pay the difference from the pocket. You guys are paranoids. BUT It is normal. Some folks can come usa with their passport but they choose to go thru this process. What can you expect.

You send it to your fiance/e, who takes it with them to the interview. if your tax returns from before aren't good, get pay stubs and send them with a letter of employment stating your current title, your pay rate, and your full-time status.

I'm still a bit confused with the documents supporting the affidavit of support...in the guides they state a,b and c things...but I don't get it :(
