Well, it's still illegal to get married on a tourist visa as far as i know, regardless what country you come from... so I'd rather do it the right way

besides ADT and this other person with noa2 of oct13, i havent seen any oct noa2 from oct 8-20 or higher have case numbers yet, we should see more this week

NOA1 Received August 8th 2016

Approved October 11th 2016

Hard Copy NOA2 Received October 17th 2016

NVC Received October 25th 2016

NVC Case Assign October 26th 2016

Left NVC October 31st

Paid Visa Fees November 1st 2016

Embassy Received November 4th 2016

Packet 3 Received November 11th 2016

Medical December 12th 2016

Interview December 21st 2016

Visa In Hand??

POE Houston ????

I think you guys should hear something this week....This week will be 3 weeks for you guys...They might have case 3

How long was your case at NVC before the embassy received it or before they sent it?

July 7th, 2016 – Engaged

September 1st, 2016- I-129F Sent to Lockbox Facility in Lewisville

September 6th, 2016- NOA1

- No RFE’s -

October 3rd, 2016- NOA 2 (Via USCIS application)

- Hardcopy came a week and a half after –

October 27th, 2016- NVC received case (after many weeks of calling)

October 28, 2016- Case was assigned a number

November 4th, 2016- Case left NVC for Bosnia and Herzegovina

( According to DHL website tracking my case will be received by the consulate on November 7th,2016)

November 7th, 2016- Interview (APPROVED)

November 22nd, 2016- POE: Salt Lake City. WE ARE FINALLY TOGETHER.

Congrats iqra...I told you!! Hahh....well I guess now you gather the papers that you'll send your fiancé..affidavit of support, financial evidences , letter of intent and copy of noa2 when you receive it. Send everything to your fiancé, while waiting for the USCIS to send it to NVC and that NVC issue you a number. I'll recommend to call NVC after a week or so. My fiancé and I want to call after two weeks. Since we were approved last Friday.

Then once you have the case number from NVC, your fiance could now book medicals and interview. To have a better understanding and details, go to regional forum...you'll find good stuff in there !! Happy for you.
