Has your fiancé filed the I129F petition and had it approved yet?

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

You can click on the K1 visa guide if you've already determined that's what you'll need :)

If you don't have a computer visit a cafe and print them out and read later.

You will receive a "number" only after you've applied. Are you the petitioner or the beneficiary?

Are there public places you would be able to use a comp? Library? Cyber Café? A friend who has a computer? You need to figure that out as it is only accepted online

You will get an application receipt number after you fill out the DS-160 online at the ceac website

Not true. The I-129F is filed paper copy and will generate a case number with USCIS. This is the first step before even beginning to worry about where the DS-160 can be filed (which does have to be online)

Anybody without access to a computer, printer, and copy machine is going to struggle with the immigration process and extend the time it takes to accomplish the many steps.

Filing for K-1 does not have to be done from the States. Assuming based on the OP's question about from the states, and her country being flagged as the UK.

If her Fiance is current living in the UK, they can still most definitely prepare and mail the documents from another country. Many others have done this before.

But to the other notes, for the OP, It is highly recommended that you get access to a computer to review the guides here, if will alleviate a lot of the headaches with the immigration process.

Well, that's where you have to start. One of you need to get on a computer, read the guides the others have linked to and start filling out the forms and gathering supporting documents and evidence of your relationship. Is he living with you in the UK? Expect at least 3-4 months before you will be able to apply for the visa.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.
