I was assigned my case number last Tuesday and they have yet to send mine to the embassy. I'm beyond frustrated :( Does anyone have any idea what's taking them so long? Doesn't seem like any other June filer had to wait this longg after their case number was assigned...

Just got off of the phone with the NVC. It still hasn't been sent to the embassy. Even the NVC representative thought it was strange and apolagized that it was taking so long. She has no idea why they haven't sent it out yet either :( :( :( I was told to just keep calling back daily to see if they have any new updates for me.

So frustrating. I'm stuck waiting. I can't pay the MRV fee (which means that I can't schedule an interview) until it reaches the embassy :/

Thank you so much for the reply. Do you know if the receipt number that we put into the CEAC website is the 9 digit number from the one we printed from the website or is the number in the top right (Mine is 8 digits combination of numbers and letters) on the BPI receipt? Thank you so much for your help!

CEAC website is mnla case number. we have 13 in our manila case number. (you don't need BPI receipt number on checking your case, you need it to make interview appointment)

I29F: June 19, 2016

NOA1 : June 21, 2016

NOA2: August 23, 2016

Date package received by NVC: September 02, 2016

Manila case # assigned: September 02, 2016

Interview: September 29,2016

We're a little confused by all this. We just got our NOA2 what do we have to do exactly???
We read the nvc.state.gov there is something about choosing an agent, what does this mean? Is it applicable to our process or just to AOS's?

Yes you are right. Thanks you. I've been trying to schedule our interview on the cgifederal website and when it asks for hte receipt from BPI we keep getting the no valid record can be found. It's been almost 24 hours now since we paid the fee. How long did it take you before the BPI receipt was able to work?

Hello guys, do you see any harm to send an email to the embassy to ask for the content of packet 3 ? My embassy is Bern Switzerland and there is not many people going thru the same one so i dont find reliable and recent information about it, what do you think ?

Yup, they told us when we called that the next batch leaves today, so they definitely wait and send out a bunch together.

Why don't you try calling them? The Embassy in my country has hours when they answer phone calls from the public and they are super nice about answering everything.

Hi All! Just wanted to say thank you to everyone. The support on here has been wonderful. The process really goes fast after NOA2. It's funny because this whole process is a lot like a puzzle. You need all of the pieces and once you have everything falls into place nicely. But without one piece things come to a standstill. Hahaha

Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you to all those for the advice and support and for those still waiting hang in there, you're approvals will be soon. Then it's a sprint toward the finish line!

They are not reachable by email, numbers I have are only for tourist and working visas ... ;(
