k-2 Checklist, any advise would be appreciated

i made another thread the other day but i forgot to specified it was for a K2

- I-485 Adjustment of Status -

-I-864 - Affidavit of Support full documents –

- I-131 - Advanced Parole -

- Copy of Form I-797 Notice of Action (Approval Notice from I-129F petition) -

- Copy of Marriage Certificate (principal applicant and petitioner ) -

- 2 passport style photos checked -

-Copy of K2 passport page with Visa & I-94 (front & back) -

-Notice of interview Wavier case when applying for the GC checked-

-Copy of I-797 approve noticed checked-

-Copy of K1 visa Passport page-

Copy of K2 visa Passport page –

copy of your I-485 receipt or approval

Copy of embassy interview letter with K2 and K1 listed -

Ok so i am filling tomorrow and this all i have gathered so far, any input would be appreciated

2 passport style photos

I-485 Adjustment of Status

I-131 - Advanced Parole

Copy of I-797 Adjustment of status I-485 receipt Approve noticed

Copy of Vaccination Documentation worksheet

Copy of Marriage Certificate (principal applicant and petitioner)

Notice of interview Wavier case for K1

Copy of Form I-797C “K1 I-485, application received Notice of Action “

Copy of embassy interview letter with K2 and K1 listed

Copy of K2 visa Passport and visa pages

Copy of K1 visa Passport page and visa pages

Copy of K1 employment authorization card

Copy of K2 I-94

Copy of K2 A- number US department of state issued visa

Form I-864 Affidavit of Support with supporting documents

Form G-1145 e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

Payment fee of $ 985 Dollars

why $985 thats not the right fee....

It is if the child is under 14 and not filing with the K-1 parent.

Correct, that's the fee for K2 under 14 years applying AOS alone, just send the package in the mail actually !!!

Okay so is it the bio you don't have to pay for?
