Has California Service Center stopped processing K1s? I have not seen any new K1 update since almost two weeks???

No, CSC has not stopped processing petitions,they are just a bit slow. Be patient, there are folk on here who have been waiting a heck of a lot longer.

And we're but a thin sliver of all the K1 filers out there. A bunch of people out there are probably getting their NOA2s everyday, we just won't hear about it.

CSC is NOT a fast service centre, some people have been waiting since november for their approval, I suggest some patience

In general expect a greater than 3 month wait if you petition is being reveiwed by CSC (this is without any RFE's). Since you are new, please post your timeline so we can see where you are at with the process. CSC is current working on December NOA1's.

Things are moving at CSC. Currently they are processing 9/13/06 cases. So that 7-8 month trajectory is still holding.

Actually, they CLAIM they are processing 9/13/06 cases. They received our case August 2, and have not done one thing with our paperwork. Not a even one touch. I have called probably 10 or more times, and have not gotten anywhere. They have taken two difference reference numbers, and they promised to call with an update with 45 days. Guess what? They haven't even called back. Not once.

They are simply not processing applications anywhere near their claimed processing times on their website. For some, they process within 1-2 months. For others, like me and my wife, they have had it 8+ months, and haven't done one thing.
