EAD/AP stays on a. Approved for a few days to a week before it changed to "mailed".. Since your a k1 your Eligable to get your interview waived... If you get lucky and your in that batch they selected to be waived then your status will stay at "fingerprint fee recieved" until it's approved unless you get an RFE then it will be "fingerprint fee recieved" "RFE" then"approved" so yea it's very normal for a k1 to be stuck on fingerprint fee recieved.. As a tier 2 told me if your still at "fingerprint fee recieved" by 3.5months then a very high probability your interview will be waived

Moslund mine didn't even changed to approved..it still on Card production...

Moslund mine didn't even changed to approved..it still on Card production...

Some take longer than other for EAD/AP is typical goes "card in production" "approved" then "mailed"... This is typically he order the status happen but not always and the average time from is usually 10days to get the card in hand but once again it's an average of when people recieve it... They have 30days to send you the card out

April 8th: AOS sent

April 11th: Recieved at Chicago lockbox [Day 0]

April 25th: NOA1 date (never recieved e-notifications) [Day 14]

April 29th: NOA1 hard copy recieved in the mail [Day 18]

May 9th: "Fingerprint fee recieved" [Day 28]

May 12th: Reciept number's start working on USCIS case status website [Day 31]

May 20th: Biometrics letter recieved [Day 39]

June 1st: Biometric appointment [Day 51]

December 1st: Interview day! APPROVED [Day 235]

December 5th: Case status changed from "fingerprint fee received" to "Approved" post dated Dec 1st [Day 239]

Received approval letter in the mail for Green card [Day 239]

December 6th: "Card was mailed to me" [Day 240]

December 8th: Green card received in mail!!! [day 242]

Congrats everyone on their approvals!

Good and bad news for us. We still haven't received our RFE in the mail (It was mailed Aug 10th). We called USCIS last week and they said they would mail us another one. We called again this week and spoke to a very nice officer who told us it could take weeks for them to re-mail a copy!

We decided just to schedule an Infopass appointment because we're inpatient and I've read stories about some RFEs never arriving in the mail. So during our appointment, all they could do was email the officer who has our case and ask them to expedite our service request and re-mail the RFE asap. He said this usually works.

The good news! He took a look at our file and said there was a note saying they won't be requesting an interview for the green card! At least we get to skip that step.

Hey guys, anybody know how long it takes to get mail after putting in a SR? I never received an email or text message, so I kinda assume I will get a letter by mail.

My case has been looked at and completed, that's it...

In my case I never got any email neither text neither letter about the SR. One day after my SR was assigned and completed by an officer I got text message about approved AP and new card in production for EAD.

I would think a week or so maybe...I am in this same boat as you but I did get an email(basically useless email). It might be that 30 day thing like when you get your card approved for them to send it out also, not sure why they'd not complete and do the mail all in one swoop...boom done lol

03/03/2020: online submitted N400 application

 

ROC I-751 (Open window 1/24/2019)

03/11/19: I751 sent to Phoenix, AZ.

03/12/19: Package delivered and signed for

03/19/19: The check was cashed. Text message was received couple hours later (#LIN)

03/22/19: Received NOA/18 months extended letter for GC

9/14/19: Biometrics letter received in the mailbox. Appointment is on Sep 25,2019

1/24/2020:  "New card is being produced"


AOS for K1

07/07/16: I-485, I-765, I-131 AOS Application sent to USCIS Chicago IL.

07/08/16: Package delivered

7/12/16: Electronic texts & email receiveds

7/15/16: 3 Hardcopy NOA1s received in the mailbox with dated July 11,2016

7/23/16: Biometrics letter received in the mailbox. Appointment is on Aug 4,2016

8/4/16: BIO is done at Denver USCIS support center

8/17/16: I485 changed to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" When????

9/12/16: EAD/AP status changed to New card is being produced ---> then EAD/AP approved same day

9/16/16: EAD/AP Hard copy approval notices received. Card was mailed to me

9/23/16: EAD/AP combo card received

Aos interview 4/24/2017 --> approved on the spot. GC expire 4/24/2019

 

K-1 Journey:

1/18/16: I-129F Package sent via FedEx to Lewisville, TX

1/20/16: I-129F Package delivered

1/21/16: Electronic text & email received

1/22/16: NOA1 notice date (routed to CSC)

1/29/16: Hardcopy NOA1 received in the mailbox.

4/6/16: NVC received

6/2/16: Interview day -->> Approved

6/12/16: Entered USA (POE Dallas/Texas)

6/14/16: Obtained marriage license at local COS office.

I check so much, I got my home wifi locked out for an entire weekend but then started just using the phone and then eventually got it locked out but rebooted and apparently started working again haha!! :P

Yea...I got that way yesterday and then started looking at other cases and I see several may 31 no approvals and june 01 and 02 still just sitting no approvals with finger print fee received on their AOS case and started feeling a lot better.

I guess I could call them up and holler but that is just not my character and surely won't get the case anyplace...I know someone is not looking at my case and going watch me make these poor souls suffer mwahhahahaha and most likely they are just overwhelmed and trying to do their best with what they got.

Pinbak I do the same thing, l look at cases similar to mine and I try to think that I am not the only one and sometimes this makes the stress more bearable...

Most of the cases approved without an interview went directly from Fingerprint fee received to approved. But I am not sure about it.
