Today marks my 68th day for EAD/AP and 63rd day for AOS... Even though I sent together they got assigned different receipt day... Patiently waiting. Last time my case was touch was 12 days after fingerprints. I check cases in the tracker and many around my case number got Requests for intial evidence and mine still says it has received. We have been patiently waiting and getting excited to hear good news from others... Just wanted to vent!

Ours hasn't been touched since June 1 when it was received...still waiting patiently. I want to do a service request but the wife doesn't and since it's her EAD/AP I will abide by her wishes. She said we will wait until next Monday which should be around the 90 day mark. Just hoping something happens this week, hehe! :)

We're on day 75 and I keep telling myself to just wait a bit longer. The past few days, I will admit, have been driving me a bit batty. I've stalked the email for a few days now and nada. I think it's only bothering me because of the health insurance thing. Maybe I'll call after the gym this morning. Maybe might put it at the back of the list of people that need calling just to give it a little more time. Pinbak your wife has the patience of a Saint!

Hi there,

USCIS have just been slow at initially putting cases online the past few months.

You're welcome to phone up USCIS' National Customer Service Centre if you want to ask them what the latest status is on your case. You'll talk to a Tier 1 representative at first who will only be able to see what you can see about your case (i.e. nothing). However, you can ask to be transferred to a Tier 2 representative who has access to another internal computer system that they can look your case up on. Tier 1 agent will either put you on hold, or will take your details for a call back (it is best to call them early on in the day to avoid having to wait a few days for a callback).

Obviously, there is no need to do this as your case will be fine otherwise. However, I thought I'd suggest it as I made that call and was reassured by the Tier 2 agent that my case was received, etc.

Simon.

Just a heads up, you should call and tell them that you can't access your cases on-line. I was told when I called that in Order to be able to place SR your cases need to work on-line. So call them that your cases dont work so they can fix that.

Just got a text update for I-485, saying "card is being produced", this sounds too good to be true... Anyone got the same thing? No interview, nothing, straight to green card?? I'm surprised hope it's not a mistake.

Wow!!! This is great news!! Congratulations!! You give me so much hope ;)

I was traveling the last two days and went to mi mailbox and found both notices for my EAD and AP. :)

I'm also applying to AOS after a K1 Visa. So your news made me look into the USCIS tracker. Searching for 200 cases around mine only 56 are for AOS and from those, 37% of us are still in the "Fingerprint Fee was Received" zone. I'm crossing my fingers and hopefuly, best case scenario I will get the the interview waivered too!

Please let us know when you get the Green card!!!

Congrats again!!

Hi all,

It has been a while since I put together any descriptive statistics of the case surrounding mine. I pulled out the I-485 from the 500 cases above and 500 cases below mine, which was filed around the *very* start of June.

For those filing around June 2nd, it might *appear* like not many people are in "Fingerprint fee was received" still but that is actually quite misleading. If you add 'Fingerprint fee was received" with anything related to an RF(I)E then you get a much higher percentage (>40%) that haven't had their cases approved, interview scheduled or interview ready to be schedule. My case is currently on 'Fingerprint fee was received' still so I'm not concerned - we're still *massively* within the normal processing time for I-485s. I just thought it'd be useful to highlight that it is okay if youre interview isn't scheduled or isn't ready to be scheduled yet :)

2i7vgad.jpg

Some caveats:

- This doesn't take into account off the different visa that people are adjusting from (i.e. conflates AOS from K1/K3, from a B1, etc).

- The numbers might be slightly off as it doesn't take into account people who have had their Green Cards sent to them after having their cases approved. I wasn't sure what the status message was for them. Nonetheless, if it is 'Card was mailed to me' then this was about 10 or so cases so it doesn't affect the broad descriptives much.

Simon.

I just put the descriptive statistics together myself, not realising that you had done something similar. I think we came out with identical interpretations.

Excellent :) :) :) :) This makes me happy!!!

In my experience, the text messages and emails arrive slightly later than the case being updated on the website (it was around 30-40 minutes on Friday, at least. Your experiences may vary of course!)

So happy for you!!!! Congratulations! That's great ?

I have been stalking my email the last few days waiting for news. Just because of your happy post I decided to go to the app and YES: they received our response to the Request for Evidence for Form I-485.

"Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again."

No text or email even though I have both registered for notifications but as you said, Simon, it might take a bit longer to get those.

I feel so relieved! At least it's moving again! ?
