Good for you! It's great to see progress :)

My cases still don't work. They received my files 06/07/2017. I'll just keep checking and keep my fingers crossed. I need to take care of some things back in my home country in September and hope so much to get the AP before that!!!!!

Sorry to hear that, but I'm glad I'm not the only one. I hate waiting... ?

Good luck all. Congratulations to those who have heard positive news (or any news that they don't think of as negative).

After checking a few times today, my three cases started appearing on the USCIS case status website (I-485 from a K1, I-131 and I-765). It had been 25 minutes since my last check using an iPhone app which I use regularly and periodically every day so far day. Having seen that happen, I set up the text message and email alerts for myUSCIS immediately using my existing account.

For comparison, my filing date was June 3rd 2016 and my NOA notice date was June 10th 2016. Today is June 25th 2016. It has taken 52 days between filing and being able to see my case on the USCIS case status website.

The latest update on my my I-485 shows only that my fingerprint fee had been received on 9th June 2016 (I had my biometrics on June 28th 2016 and I spoke to a Tier 2 agent who told me that the they received the biometrics on July 7th so this isn't reflect in the date I'm being shown).

The I-131 and I-765 currently just show as being 'received' on June 3rd 2016.

Despite the updates on June 9th (I-485) and June 3rd (I-131, 1-765) , the 'last updated' field in the myUSCIS profile shows as July 25th 2016 which is today. Presumably, this won't mean much and instead is probably related to i) the case being uploaded so that it can seen case status website ii) my phoning USCIS to get an update on my case and being set up for a Tier 2 callback (who hasn't called me back yet so I'll ask). Given that there was a question about how to see the 'last updated' field, I shall upload a screenshot below. This is at the bottom of you myUSCIS profile where you can see your cases. You can only see this if you sign-up for a myUSCIS profile.

Simon.

whoops- in the above post, I wrote that today is June 25th 2016. As should be clear from the time stamp, today is July 25th 2016 hence the 52 days from filing.

This morning I logged in on USCIS and saw still no movement since june 25th when they received the fingerprint fee.

I just looked again and we got a soft touch on all 3 of our cases! I know a soft touch means nothing more than "someone touched it" but right now that was the only thing I needed to stay hopeful :D our biometrics appointment was on july 2oth but we went in early on july 14th.

I got the "soft touch" today, too! Hopefully, we hear some good news soon!

Just to let everyone know, if your case as already pass the 45 days mark and your still unable to check your MSC numbers then it really does help to call customer care. I got so frustrated with not being able to check my case online so I called around 4:15 and spoke to a tear 1 rep and she eventually opened a service request but I just decided to check my numbers online once more before bed and I was able to add all three of my numbers to my USCIS account. I would advise persons to just give them a courtesy call and see what happens.

I had almost the exact same experience today- I got a Tier 2 call scheduled by the Tier 1 agent, and then a couple of hours later today everything appeared. Perhaps coincidental, as I also phoned on Friday and was able to speak to a Tier 2 agent then (and nothing happened on my case afterwards, until today).

I am wondering the same thing as well because I been checking my numbers at least 4 times a day since I got them and nothing showed up and all of sudden I call and barely 5 hours after they all work. It's just crazy but I am glad I am able to see something now.

I envisage it is just coincidental and probably shouldn't succumb to a post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy . After all, the reason we are calling is because it has taken a while for an initial update and are roughly around the same stage (in terms of days).

It seems as its counted as every day Sunday to Sunday because I counted weekends in my calculations and the rep I spoke to when she checked my case she responded with "yes it has been over the 45 days mark" so they do count weekends.

Absolutely agree :) it was nice to ask a Tier 2 agent if there were any problems yet. Dreading an RF(I)E.

I was transferred to a Tier 2 agent after 45 calendar days rather than 45 working days.

It's nice to see so many having updates. Even the little things count to pass the time.

We signed up for an account but none of the receipt numbers are working yet. Not panicking and have also resigned myself to only checking once a day lol Might be any time within the next week if at all going by all of your timelines. :)
