orginal or photocopy the intent letter and bio form have to have a wet signature , cant be scanned , if u send it with no original signature ull get a RFE

This is incorrect.

You can send scanned copies. The instructions say that copies are sufficient unless it specifically asks for originals.

Many many many, including myself, had scanned copies of the G-325A and intent and were approved.

The instructions were changed in 2013 to allow copies.

Read the I-129f instructions, it is stated clearly that copies are sufficient.

People keep saying this, and I will ask yet again, where are the links to these RFEs that people supposedly get?

You're contradicting yourself. "Wet" signatures mean that they sign the paper and send it in the mail. Wet=original.

When you scan it, it's no longer a wet signature.
