Hey March Friends.. I recieved my CR 6 Permanent Resident Card by mail on 3rd.

I wish all the pending March filers a speedy processing! Just don worry and keep with ur routine and fingers crossed

Thanks Mo.... I didn't remove people that were approved because they hadn't posted anywhere when they got their GC in hand. I am sure they all have them by now, but that is all I can do with no information in the timelines or posted anywhere on the site. C'est la vie. I hope the few of you that remain without any notice hear something very soon. Best wishes... I am sure in 2 years we will all be seeing each other again in forums when we remove conditions. ;) Kristina

I'm glad that most march filers have been approved and have received their cards. My case is weird coz we went to the interview two weeks ago, everything went well but the doctor forgot to check a couple of boxes on the vaccination supplement. Anyhow, we got an RFE for that and the interviewer took my I94 and had me sign some paper stating when i should file for lifting the conditions on my gc. Its weird coz the interviewer didnt tell us whether we were approved or not. And the RFE thing really worries me. We mailed our response to the RFE three days later though. Hope everything goes as its supposed to.

3/20/07: Mailed I765/485/130 To chicago

3/29/07: NOA For all three

4/9/07: RFE (medical) grrrr!

4/9/07: Interview date notification. (7/27/07)

5/20/07: Sent out rfe response.

6/5/07: RFE response received by NBC.

6/7/07: EAD card production ordered.

6/10/07: AOS and EAD touched?

6/12/07: EAD card production ordered again!!!

6/13/07: EAD touched again

6/16/07: EAD card notice: approval sent,,,

6/18/07: EAD touched again....

6/18/07: Received EAD card in the mail!

7/27/07: Interview day, everything went well except the fact that the doctor made an error on the forms- RFE.

No touches after interview,,,, strange.

8/22/07: Card production ordered.

8/27: Welcome notice received.

8/31: i485 approval notice sent.

9/4: GCard received.

Does it normally say that? I can't remember what the original pending notice said. :P Hopefully it means they're almost done!

But I did find this interesting:

"The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office."

Regardless of what the message says - it means that they are working on your case. Honestly, I think they only have so many standard messages to pigeonhole updates into. Keep your fingers crossed!

I got an email on Saturday saying that my AOS card production had been authorized. Hopefully I will receive the card soon, got my EAD less than one month ago, but o well thats the chance you take. Anyway wohooo don't have to deal with USCIS for at almost 2 years. :)

P.S Got approved without any interview, so I assume that I will get one that the removing conditions stage.
