Applied for AOS (i-485), now what will be proof of my legal presence?

Hi VJs. I have applied for Adjustment of Status (i-485), EAD (i-765) and AP (i-131) a week ago. I entered on K1 visa (got married too) which will expire end of June. My EAD and Green Card will take longer than that, so what will be proof of my legal presence in the United States?. I want to get a drivers licence but to issue it the DMV in CA is asking for my proof of legal presence of more than 60 days. I did pass the written test and behind the wheel but they cannot issue me a licence because my visa and I-94 are expiring end of june.

You NOA1 for your I-485 is proof of Authorized Stay. Although this is likely not enough to get a Drivers license in California

Your proof of legal residence are your NOA1's from applying for AOS. It's sufficient in North Carolina where I am. Not positive about California, though.
