Hi guys, my priority date is 22 September 2015, F2A, I saw on visa bulletin that they reached October 2015 priority dates on the second table "dates of filling" that means that I can adjust status? Right now I'm in the us on visa waiver program, can I do that?

They released June visa bulletin, and the jumped 5 months on the second table, not at the first one, they only moved 7 days at the first table

The Department of State released their June visa bulletins. But what matters for Adjustment of Status is which one USCIS uses, which has not been released yet.

hey eatsleeprave..I am in the same boat as you..My priority date is Aug 2015 Now we have to wait and see which charts would uscis use for June..hopefully they will update their website by next week.

What does that means? I'm in us right now, 90 days expire in 12 days, there's a chance that I can file for adjustament of status and stay in us ? I'm on Vwp Esta right know, thank you

No, there's no chance. The next 12 days are all in May, so would be governed by the May 2016 charts. The May 2016 USCIS chart for F2A have dates in 2014.
