We received a mail from USCIS that our case was accepted and routed to California Service Center for processing. Please what does this implies?.

It means they are working on ur case in the California Center which will take less time for your application to be approved and get ur NOA2

good news ! all k1s get sent there as of march 2015 i think it was ,keep updating your timeline as you go through the process =)

From what I learned is cause the Texas office is backed up so since March of 2015 they are sending the k1 applications to California for faster proceedings

Hi Action, no the relationship does not have to be 2 years. One of the requirements is to show proof that you have met your fiance(e) in person in the past two years.

Good Am VJS. Please I would want to know why it's taking some time for our NOA1 hard copy to be sent after being given email notification on the 5th of may. Though ou case was transferred from Texas to California. Help please.
