Good morning to everyone, when can I call nvc to fine out about appointment date and so forth?

Good morning....Don't know if you have gotten an answer to your question or not but as soon as you have a interview date and time, you can call to schedule your appointment.

12/24/2015 Petition Sent to NVC from Nebraska

1/4/2016 petition received at NVC (call and confirm it arrives. About 15 days try to get your case number and receipt number, I got mine in 11 days)

1/15/2016 Called NVC and got case/invoice number logged into this site to pay fees, pick agent -> https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx 1/15/2016 picked agent DS-261

1/18/2016 paid aos fee

1/28/2016 review 261 to get iv fee unlocked ( unlocked once I did review,was taking to long)

2/1/ 2016 sent AOS & IV packets together to nvc while I waited for iv fee to open to save time.

2/4/2016 paid IV Fee and waited to do ds260

2/3/2016 nvc received aos and iv packets(scan date)

2/7/2016 ds260 completed and now waiting for cc

♧CASE COMPLETE. .. march 8th

3/11/15 interview email

4/20/15 shots 4/25/15 rest of medical exam

INTERVIEW APRIL 27TH @8:30

April 27th 221g for additional documentation and placed in administrative processsing.

June 20th submitted evidence requested

June 23rd case was touched by embassy

August 1st case was touched again.

AUGUST 16TH embassy called and wants a new co sponser yet he met requirements.

Found a new co-sponsor

Handed in aos sept 11th

Set 18th another update

Sept 28th update and embassy called

SEPT 29TH ISSUED FINALLY

OCT 2nd visa in hand

POE October 22nd 2016

Jamaica is a 60 days at least wait for interview after CC. You are looking at a possible August maybe July interview. Sorry.

You can always called. Jamaica has been scheduling since last week probably full now.

Thanks for that. I forgot about that page.

Every embassy is different. But I don't believe your embassy sends anything. Here's your info page to read not much on IR1/CR1 but the medical info is there.

We have been APPROVED. AP over 5 days. Lord my heart. :dancing: :joy: :dance: :dance:

Yes at 9:47am got this email. Hubby is leaving in morning to take that longgggggg bus ride to Lagos. We don;t even mind. WOW all the planning can start now. I am so happy. Thank you God and Thank you Lags embassy. :thumbs:

"According to our records, he is required to drop off his International passport. He should print and fill out the attached document and drop them off at any of the DHL Collection Centers listed".

congrats. .. I hope I can say the same soon. Just gathering more bonifide proofs to send in. I hope after this, they look at our case and approve us.

dwheels, any idea about how long after CC does NVC schedule interviews for Bangladesh? My CC was April 19, still nothing. Thanks

I am so tired and both of arms are sore after the vaccinations done at the medical exam. Everything went perfect.

Only two weeks more for the interview.

Received by California ofis : August 6, 2018

NOA1 date : August 29, 2018

Biometrics date : March 29, 2019

Hey Farrah any word your side? When last they touched your case?

they haven't touched it since his interview. We need to submit more documents. Any clue once we submit them, do we also go through the security checks or if we are in it, are they doing them also while waiting for our stuff. I'm hoping once it's in, they make a decision soon. Edited by FarrahIdir

Hey dwheels just a quick question...how can you tell again if someone has touched your case? Just curious...

Your Visa Status check, the Status Updated Date: will indicate when they have "touched", it may be an update a look who knows.
