No it's not. You can't call them either. The beneficiary, your daughter, needs to call. It's HER green card.

Doesn't matter. She's the beneficiary.

She's married? At 17? And doesn't know anything?

I've been on this website too long. :sleepy:

Where's it say she's married

OMG

OP I'm so sorry. You wrote my USC husband and I thought it said her USC husband. I deeply apologize. Sleep deprivation is totally getting to my brain and I obviously have been on the site too long.

You may be able to call as her legal parent.

No lol. she is not married, I am her mother, my husband who is the US citizen filed for both of us, he filed for me first, I came here in 2013, then he filed for her in 2014 and she came last November. so i think either my husband or I need to call on behalf of her.

Let ur husband the petitioner call the Uscis, let him make sure ur daughter is right there when making the call because they will like to talk to her and ask her some questions to know if she is truly the beneficiary

I had an issue similar to this with Social Security. Is the person listed as a resident on the mailing address? It's possible it was never delivered because of that, which delayed us on getting our SSN until we fixed it. Our mistake, but a simple one to rectify.
