Okay I'm about to start my visa process I'm currently in the army I have a few questions I've tried to call for help but no one can seem to give me answers.

Can I use my home of record address for Doug all my paper work instead of mu military address I don't feel comfortable using my current address bc the mail room loves to loose stuff and will there be any problem if I don't use my army address?

Second question it asks for my fiancés alien number on the 129f she is a Philippine national and was perviously married in Korea and she has an alien card from Korea. Do I use that Alien number or do I leave blank? It asks for one but I think it's asking for an American one and of course she don't have it bc we ain't married yet.

My third question is my fiancé has a child and she doesn't have custody therefore we can get anything for him should I add him on the I -129f it asks about the child and I can not write down any info on the child because the father will not allow my fiancé to get an address for him.

my fiancés documents from the Philippines such as her annulment and red ribbon, and any sort of certificate saying she's annulled is taking forever. It's a big game with the city hall in the Philippines , she has her Korean divore certificate and its work in progress with Philippines . What papers should I get to send with the I-129f ?

And lastly my fiancé is divorced and is currently in Korea on a family visa for her child is it okay even though she is currently living in Korea that I submit hour visa with her address in Korea? I don't want any hang ups on it because I've been engaged for 2 years and she's the women I e been waiting on my whole life

Thank you so much for helping me

Is there anyone in your home address that you can rely on to receive your mails, Open, scan and send it to you?

Anywhere during the process, you need to read your mails from USCIS of course. In case you have an RFE and need to send back docs and others. You also need to send your fiance at least a copy of NOA 2.

Leave it blank. Yes, it refers to A number from USCIS. She will get one on your NOA2.

My third question is my fiancé has a child and she doesn't have custody therefore we can get anything for him should I add him on the I -129f it asks about the child and I can not write down any info on the child because the father will not allow my fiancé to get an address for him.

The I-129F asked for all children if any. You still need to declare the child's name even if she/he is not applying for a K2 Visa. As for the address, you can put in your fiancee's address. They are not sending anything to the child.

Submit the Korean Divorce decree, make sure it has translations if written in Korean.

If she is a legal resident in Korea, much better is she apply in Korea considering that she has a Divorce decree in Korea. Check all requirements for Korea US Embassy application process.

If you intend to file in Manila, you need her divorce recognized here and be able to get an annotated MC and Cenomar from PSA/ NSO. This is a long shot- as you already know.

What is a family visa for her child?

How long from start to finish was you process if you don't mind me asking ?

If I continued all the process from NOA 2 we can finish everything in 2 months from NOA1.

I intentionally delay the process from NOA2 due to my work commitments; but approvals are not the same, it depends on many factors.

And one last question do I need the I-864 affidavit of support in the packet as well or is that another step

NO. Follow the guides here for I-129 process. That is accurate, I followed that when we filed our petition.

Check the Guides on the Menu above.

Regarding your fiancee's annulment:

If I were in your shoes, I would include these documents in your I-129F packet.

1. The Certificate of Finalty.

2. An annotated Marriage Certificate from the PSA (NSO).

3. A CENOMAR from the PSA (NSO).

Those items Tahoma listed are not required for the I129f. You will need those items at the interview.

You need and I-134 affidavit of support not an I-864 that's for the adjustment of status and it is not needed for the petition your fiancee with have to take that with her to the interview signed. It has to be the original not copies.

Also, I would definitely include your fiancee's translated-into-English divorce papers.

Note: I'm a firm believer in front-loading the petition if petitioning someone from a high-fraud country like the Philippines. This means that you should include much more than the minimum requirements. It could prevent trouble down the road.
