In just over a month, it will be time for my wife to submit her removal of conditions paperwork. We have compiled the following items for the package. Do you think this is enough?

Check

Cover sheet

I-751 application

Copy of her green card and passport

Copies of driver’s license and pilot certificates with same address.

Joint apartment lease

Joint real estate deeds to 2 different properties

Joint automobile and motorcycle loan paperwork

Joint bank account statements (4-5 full statements from each year)

Joint federal tax return transcripts (2013, 2014 & 2015)

Power of attorney (General and Medical)

Joint health insurance card, life insurance with each other as beneficiary, joint car insurance

Joint water bills

Joint electric bills

Mail addressed to both of us

Photos from 2013 to 2016

Credit cards with each of our names and the same account number

I think the quality and variety of your evidence is great.

The only thing I can think of... if you took trips or traveled together, you can provide copies of plane tickets showing that.

Also, affidavits from friends... but that might not be necessary because of all the evidence you have, although having more doesn't hurt.

You do not need a copy of her passport.

Are you sending just the copies of the credit cards or the statements?

Looks like very good evidence btw.

Thank you for the information. We are only sending copies of the cards since the statement only shows her name.

Thank you everyone.
