Hey guys.

So I am still trying to figure out all the documents and how to fill them out the right way.

I appreciate any help.

I came to the US with a J1 visa (I was an au pair), I left the family to be with my boyfriend (now husband).

I became illegal when I left my host family. We recently got married and we are filing out the paperwork.

I moved to the US almost 3 years ago.

So the documents I am filling out are:

I-864 affidavit of support

I-485 application to register permanent residence

I-130 petition for alien relative

G-325 A biographic information

I-765 application for employment

So just to make sure, I need to know if I have to fill out any other document.

I am not subject to section 212.

Which documents can be send together?

Things i still need:

Pictures 2x2

Cover letters

I have copies of my husbands tax return from the most recent year, copy of our lease with both of our names,

we have a joint bank account (do I need to send a copy of that?), I have copies of his birth certificate and a translated copy of my birth certificate.

Do I need anything else or can you guys think of something I might have trouble with?

I am dong this by my own without an attourney.

Has someone send the travel document? I am wondering if I should fill it out because I am trying to see my family soon.

Thanks to everyone who can help me out a little bit.
