Hi!

It's been 12 days since we filed and no NOA1 yet. My fiancé is Californian and I'm Canadian, so it would of been sent to California via our attorney. Any idea what's the hold up?

You might want to confirm w/ your attorney that they mailed it. If they did mail it, you'll also want to confirm it was sent to the Texas/Dallas lockbox and not directly to the California Service Center.

Went through K-1 (I-129F) AOS (I-485) EAD (I-765) AP (I-131) processes. Thanks to the Visa Journey community for their help and support!

I feel like the apps are getting behind. When I first submitted my NOA1 date, VJ gave me an estimate of 52 days to NOA2, now its giving me 59 days. Also if you check the last NOA2 reported there's only a few for the past week. I think I need a hobby LOL.

Just short question,

It has been 4 days since first sms fr uscis but am still unable to track my case number on uscis.gov. Anyone experiences this?

It should say on the email from USCIS that is better to track your case, using the receipt number in the uscis.gov after you receive the NOA1 hard copy in your mail.

Once the NOA2 is received then the USC will start doing the I-134 form and supporting document and send to the beneficiary so he/she can bring them with her to the interview. (Look at the guides)

And the DS-160 which the beneficiary will fill out the embassy will guide you to that form when you hear from them. (After NVC has send the package to them)

We can gather a lot of stuff now. I have my tax forms ready, my employment verification, and support affidavit filled in but not signed and dated. The NBI is good for a while so it's worth looking in for for Philippine filers, and a cenomar is something easy to get that is required for the philippines.

A little, but finding ways to be together while we are so far apart has helped Bhel and I. We watch movies together using rab.it, we go on dates in Secondlife, and we shop online again using rab.it. updating g your time line here and taking part in the forms helps and there are tons of people in the same boat with tons of advise.
