CR1 or F2A? Your profile says F2A. When will you get interview. No telling. Take a look at the spreadsheet and see others for your embassy. I don't know if your embassy is done with May scheduling. Have you called NVC to inquire?

Priority date (PD) is the date USCIS received your petition. It's on your NOA1 form.

Its CR1...I already called to NVC...they said Interview schedule have not yet done.....what can be do now?????

We did celebrate quite a bit after Jason got approved last Friday. :goofy:

Everything went really smooth, even the security guards were friendly. lol After the interview the status changed to AP, then on Saturday it changed to Issued. All in all a really great experience and just glad it's over with. Funny how you feel a weight lift off when it's over with.

If you go to the Montreal consulate, bring US coins as their soda/snack machines are super picky about bills.

Montreal is an awesome city, use Uber as it's way cheaper to get around.

Congratulations. Had no doubts. Now you get to go live life together. :goofy:

Hi there guys, I've just checked on my status on the ceac web site and it says that my case is in transit. I remember you guys talking about following it with a tracking number. Where does one find this tracking number or waybill number?

July 20th 2015 - filled I-130 routed to California Service Center

July 28th 2015 - received NOA1 (hard copy)

Sep 22nd 2015 - received email of RFE

Nov 05th 2015 - received NOA2 approval

Nov 16th 2015 - received at NVC

there's no waybill we are given its a guesstimate. The best thing to do is just keep watching your status. in about 3 days it will be received at embassy and change to READY.

With DHL tracking you would need to know when your petition was shipped so you can put in the range of dates. And hope tat that package has your petition in it. The ceac is the best to just wait for it to change to READY.

For instance for you a package left Friday and was delivered to embassy today. Is yours in there who knows its a guesstimate.

Congratulations!! So tell us how it all went! I am starting to freak out a bit lol! Hubby's appointment is tomorrow at 1p and he is driving down to stay with his aunt in Montreal tonight so he is close for the appointment tomorrow! Mostly I just feel happy and have a ton of nervous energy! I am sooo hoping it all goes ok!!

Happy to report; APPROVED. Interview went swimmingly and they barely even asked about my Hubbys previous TD visas etc. phew. All in all it was a super easy day! Just got back to our town so finally had the time to write in. Congrats to all others moving forward, and to you flyawayfree; I will write a review later- but if there are any questions before tomorrow please ask!
