After months of delays, today I finally mailed I-130 but right when I got home and checked my exact copy of the i-130 packet I realized that on the cover letter I wrote P.O. Box 804625 Chicago, IL 60680-4107 but I mailed it to USCIS ATTN: I-130 PO Box 21700 Phoenix, AZ 85036 will that cause any problem? (I live in California, incase it matters)

Also here is a copy of the cover letter hopefully I provided everything they need and made no mistakes.

That is considered as the same address with the only difference, one is a PO box and the other an actual and physical address. I used the same address for my files. You are fine.....

It should have gone to Phoenix, not Chicago, if you live in California.

https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/directorates-and-program-offices/lockbox-intake/lockbox-intake-processing-tip-sheet

They will forward it to the Phoenix lock box. So it will add a delay to your processing time while they send it across the country. But it won't cause any problems.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

If you mailed to Phoenix that was correct. Matters not what your cover letter says. Good thing so you didn't delay yourself.
