We received our NOA1 on January 5th, 2016, and just received our NOA2 on February 23rd on the USCIS website, our paperwork was at TSC and transferred to CSC.

Hope this helps!

You can check approved i-129f petitions here: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=1&visa=1&scenter=1&option=1&sortby=2

As you can see, there's even people who got their NOA1 on January 21st and they're already approved.

So I copied this from the timeline in case someone didn't notice;

Service Center: California Service Center
Total records: 1992
Avg. Total days to approval: 49
Avg. Days to I-129F 1st NOA: 7
Avg. Days btw 1st NOA and 2nd NOA: 43

I don't know if it's really helping right now but you can see that the average days are between 43 and 49. I think it depends from which country you are too, fraude senstive etc, I'm on day 44 since NOA1 and I haven't heard anything back yet either. Does your timeline say when you should hear back from them? Based on others, I should be around March 5 - March 8.

You can't trust that because lately people are so bad at updating their timeline and entering correctly that it doesn't make that as correct as it use too unfortunately. Of course it's just an estimate but it's just a shame people don't make an effort to try an do their timeline and correct.

Our estimated date for NOA2 was 14-16 February, we still have no NOA2 or RFE. It's day 60 now.

The only snag with that is it's only as good as the information people enter, and it isn't always filled in or it's filled in incorrectly. It's good as a guideline only but don't set your watch by it. Ours took 56 days from NOA1.

I will not look back on this journey with fond memories, but I will look back knowing that every step was worth it, whatever the outcome.

I think you're allowed now to call, aren't you? Ask if they still have the case going on? From what I've heard, they're processing now petitions from January 15th (NOA1 date). I hope you get approved soon! Waiting sucks!

It's weird how some people don't hear anything and others do and have big differences. I hope we all get approved soon :)

We've called in a few times already, after day 45 they directed us to a "special" kind of customer support. They couldn't tell us anything about our case either, it's as if it doesn't even exist. :P We did get our NOA1 though so we're still hoping they have it somewhere.

I would too if our receipt number existed in their system, maybe it's a good thing it doesn't, or I would drive myself insane checking the status. :D

Thank you so much, and the same to you!
