Hello all,

My attorney receives my NOA1 but I don't. Is this the normal since I have an attorney or should I get a copy as well? My file has been touched 2 times in 2 days I hope is good for me. Maybe quick approval.

Your thoughts are always appreciated and needed.

Thanks

No quick approval... the touches mean that your file was moved to the "Needs to wait another 90 days" pile.

Because you used an attorney, they fillied out the form that they will be the recipient of mailings.... A copy of NOA1 is not important, you will want the NOA2 when it is approved as you will use this later

YMMV

Your attorney gets the correspondence and if he's any good he'll actually let you know. Keep on him to make sure you get no RFEs....ask him if he even knows what an RFE is. Good luck on your journey.
