Hi! My apologies if this has been asked before. I was wondering what everyone included as their "evidence of a bona fide relationship" during their K-1 interview. We didn't "front-load" our original petition with this information...although we did include a lot of evidence of our trips, proof of wedding plans, a description of how we met and several pictures of us at different points in our relationship (with descriptions and dates). We're now preparing for the interview and I just want to make sure we're going about this right (and I'm a little worried since we didn't front load this evidence). Here's what we've collected to include as evidence of a bona fide relationship:

  1. Plane tickets, receipts and passport stamps from a visit after we submitted our original petition
  2. Further evidence of wedding plans from after we submitted our original petition
  3. Additional pictures (including pictures taken after we submitted our original petition) of us and family with descriptions and dates
  4. Letter of Petitioner's continued intent and support of K-1 visa
  5. Letter describing the timeline of our relationship and future plans
  6. Skype call log from August through today (Skype only lets you pull calls for the last 6 months, so we can't go back further unfortunately)
  7. Examples of chat logs (Whatsapp, Facebook and Skype) (we've included one screen shot per day showing the date, not necessarily full conversations)
  8. Screen shot of gmail filtered to show our emails to each other and their subject line (to show dates of communications...again full emails are not included)
  9. Letters I've sent my fiancé (along with their envelopes, showing date processed by post office)
  10. Proof that my fiancé has been added as an authorized user of my credit card

Would you change any of the above? Are we including too much or too little? Do we have to show excerpts of full conversations or is showing continuity of communication and one screen shot per day sufficient? Thanks so much for your help!

This looks very good. Turn it in when you're first called to the window, and refer the CO to it if he asks for any of it.
