Thanks Atiya the issue is that I did not send in any back up evidence when I sent in my I-130 petition then and that was the reason for my Rfe.so now I want to send in those evidence,I got our marriage certificate, our wedding pictures, passport picture, birth certificate of the petitioner ,traveling ticket, copy of USA traveling passport and visa Stamped page.so I hope this are good enough?

I got the letter on August 15 :)

Thank you. Have you check you file status online? I saw some cases were sent to department of state on 18th and 19th. NVC may not have received it yet but you should be able to confirm if it was sent.

Yes I did but still on: CASE WAS APPROVED.

And I called NVC and they told me that I have to wait one month. So I will try to call them again on SEPT 2 I guess.

Hopefully they send cases soon. I think NVC only receives after case updates to "case was sent to the department of state", but I may be wrong. I have seen mostly everything that was sent last week was from last week of July. So I think they may be sending them around after 2 weeks or so. Fingers crossed and waiting. I will also try to call them after 30 days in case the status doesn't change online.

Could be anything about the papers, any extra document or translation, pictures, anything. Just wait for the letter and try to send that as soon as you can and maybe will take 15 more days and after that for sure you will be approved! Good luck!!

Today my status changed from received to a request for additional information. For some odd reason I'm happy with this lol. Any experience with such a request?

Stay positive!!! Fingers crossed!!

I'm still here waiting..
