There must a guide somewhere, but I can't find it.

My wife has her (i-130, overseas) interview in a few weeks and will come to the US in March. The next step seems to be to submit i-485 (Green Card) when she arrives. After that, what do we do so she can start working legally? I-765? I-751? Both?

No need to submit anything - she'll have green card and will be eligible for work second she enters the country. Just will be a while until she gets SS card and actual green card.

Really? It's the first I've heard of this. I hope it's true. : )

Can anyone confirm and/or send me a link about this this?

please visit on a PC - the Guides are easily found when yer logged in from a PC using a real web browser.

Inside of the Guide Section is the Guide for a CR-1 visa - your wife's interview will be of that visa type.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Thanks. I had found the guide before but was viewing it today at work using a different browser and couldn't find it. It doesn't make much sense but it was the first place I checked.
