Today I saw that USCIS has cashed the checks feom my application!!!! ??? I guess that I should be receiving news soon!!! I am so happy that the process is starting!!!

That's awesome :)

My USPS just updated and said my package is now fully delivered now I am just waiting for that NOA1 text/email message :)

Our marriage certificate showed up from the city clerk yesterday, so we will be sending my wife's AOS/EAD/AP package off this evening! Happy filing, everyone.

I sent both, my husband's and my AOS together in the same package. He got his NOA-1 yesterday at midnight, and today I checked his status and says that I-765 has been received and they are sending a letter telling him how they will process his case.

Meanwhile, I am waiting for anything regarding my case. I only know that they cashed both of our checks.

In case you are wondering, I am doing AOS, based on F3. Thus, I am the principal applicant and he is spouse.

I also filed AOS/EAD/AP on Feb 2nd :) USPS said it was delivered on Wednesday. On the waiting train for NOA.

Does anyone know what happens after the NOA? For K1 there was a flow chart and I found it extremely helpful in calming my nerves about the process and I hate not knowing "what's going to come next" with AOS.

I think after the NOA1 they send the letter for ur biometrics appointment and then you wait for NOA2 for EAD and AP which should not take more then 90 days and from what I see on people's timeline it will take 8 months to get 2 year greencard if all goes well at interview or if lucky will get approved without doing interview Edited by MASH

I was worrying about my case as my husband got one notification for EAD, and I got nothing... I told him that he should be getting two more emails or texts as they send a notification for each application; AOS, AP, EAD... His answer was that he got many texts and emails since Feb. 4 at midnight and he deleted them thinking it was the same thing!!! I asked him to retrieve them and forward me the emails, when I looked each case it was regarding each of our applications for all documents!!! Not sure if this is normal, but now I am waiting for hard copies to arrive and then biometrics appointment. Anyone has an idea of what happens next?

My guess is just play the waiting game after the biometrics and you will eaither get an interview or they will approve you without one and if you get denied they will give you a letter saying the reason why
