I agree with Maria&Steve. Use the name she wants to use so the EAD/AP and GC are in that name. Your marriage certificate functions as a legal name change document.

Typically, based on my personal experience, her name should be: her first name now, her maiden name before she married you, and now your last name. When my gal got her naturalization cert. it stated her name as: her first name now, her middle and last name of her BC, and now my last name. When she got her SS card after the nat. cert., submitted with the citz. appl., it also included now all 4 names. Go figure and best of luck!
