Hello All Vjs

I have a weird situation on my case. I had an interview last Jan 13 2016 at 8am. Everything went well the CO hand me a pink slip and told me to pick up my visa on Jan 19 at 2pm. The day I will pick up my visa they and me my passport and took my pink slip and the gentlemen on the realizing window gave a white papers(221g) stating I need to provide some documents ( they're asking for my passport) I asked the guy who works on that window why they give me this paper and asking for my passport which they have it and kept it on the day of my interview. Plus he decided to check the box above stating "administration proceesing" I'm so confused.

I did I went back yesterday to sumbit my passport. And I try to explain what happened and told her I Come back to return my passport. She told she can't accept my paspsort because the 221g form says you can only return your documents bet Sunday Or Tue at 1:30pm. She keeps telling me to check the website. I'm totally frustrating right now.

I checked almost everyday on ceac website & Abu dhabi website as well. Last updated was Jan 31.2016. I sent an email to the embassy March 31.2016 they didn't email me back yet. They updated the website March 31 maybe because I sent an email. No additional documents needed. Im still in AP
