Well we've been together for about a year now he live's in the Dominican Republic that where i'm from we met in one of my vacations in 2014 and we became friends he was married at that tie but his wife had left to Europe right after their marriage which was on 10/27/2014. she left and never went back to him instead she left with another man. we became close nad i was always talking to him and little by little by we fell in love and started dating and i went down to the Dominican republic in March 1, 2015 and stayed with him until March 29 , 2015 . i came back and we kept are relationship the whole time we are more than in love so i decided that we should get married to further our relationship since the long distance can only work for i while and we knew that we really want to be with each other for good . So i traveled to the Dom. Rep. on October 23 and started preparing everything for our wedding which was on Oct 30, 2015

Actually the piece that I picked up on that may matter is if her husband was married to a European.

If he is from the DR, married a European in October 2014, divorced her in October 2015, and also married an American in October 2015, I think his chances for a visa are slim to none.

He seems to be country shopping.

eh - what I read, was that the OP's husband's ex-wife left to go to Europe and married to some man in Europe.

Not the OP's husband. Maybe I missed it ? I need to get my reading glasses updated soon, this law-school stuff is hard on my eyes.
