Hello VJ members!

I'm an Indian citizen working in Kuwait since 2010 & my US citizen fiancée is living in Ohio. I would like to know whether an indian national living & working in Kuwait can immigrate to the US through K1 from Kuwait. We have met twice ( once before engagement & another after engagement ) in person within the last 2 years.

Yes, if you are a legal resident of Kuwait you would interview there.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

So long as you have the official police clearance from Kuwait, the US embassy won't require it to be attested.

Received Noa1 on 25th March 2016. Now bidding time till Noa2 comes. We are at CSC.

I have a doubt regarding PCC from Kuwait Police. Do we need to translate the PCC? I found some official seals/stamp of issuing Authority in Arabic. So a little bit confused.

Have you file youre k1 visa? and addressed to kuwait embassy? Im planning to send the packert next month.. Could please tell me your experience. thank you
