i am trying to complete my g325a , on the top there is something called FILE NUMBER and it starts with letter A

wht is this file number please and where can i get it

Thats for an alien number. If you or your beneficiary don't have one just put none.

The A # is the Alien registration #.

The USC (if not born as a US citizen) has an A # on the green card.

For the beneficiary, just leave it blank
