Getting prepared....what do I need for this process

Hi guys,

I am a Usc getting married next month to my boyfriend, I'm hoping to get all of our documents etc everything we need in order now, rather than go looking for them during an already stressful process.

We will be applying adapt after we get married.

I will be able to sponsor him so that should be pretty straight forward

He came across the border when he was 20, got caught half way across, fingerprinted, put back over the border, tried again the next day and succeeded. And has been here for 5 years, no convictions or anything like that.

So what documents do I need to gather for this process?

I.e.

Birthday certs etc....

He will be required to have an i601a waiver. You can apply in country but ultimately he will be refused requiring a waiver and to go back to his home country for processing

Yes I know he will need that.

I am wondering what documents we need to star gathering, like long birth certificate, passport photos, how many?

Immunization card, will he need high school certs' police cert? Etc

I am trying to get prepared for the process, I don't want to be waiting for 2 months trying to get documents from govern,net agencies in Mexico stalling our application.

I'd like to gather those documents now, and have them on hand to include with our applications as we go through the process.
