Affidavits are not the best examples of evidence of a bona fide relationship. But if you feel your case needs one, the person needs to write a statement confirming that your relationship is genuine and how they know this to be the case. This then needs to be notarised.

What the person writes depends on how they know you and in what capacity they are qualified to make this statement.

Thank u bro...im not taking it as an evidance for bona fide marriage but i only need an example to write one simmilar....its gonna be for our parents n friend so absolutly they know abt our marriage so just an example if u hav one??.thank u

There are no standard letters for this, just have them write down how and where they met you as a couple. Tell about the occasion and such. There really isn't any weight to a letter like this since anyone can put a pen to a paper...pictures would be way better.

Such letters from family members are not worth much.

If you don't need one as evidence of a bona fide marriage, what do you need it for? The examples of proof of a genuine relationship on the list are just examples. Some carry more weight than others. Hard evidence of time spent together is much better than your mother writing a very nice letter saying how good you two are together. What mother wouldn't do that for her child anyway?

It does here but ok, maybe not for USCIS. Not that it holds much weight anyway in the grand scheme of things. Better to focus on gathering better forms of evidence.
