I'm totally hopeless about getting my green card, I came here as a tourist and I got married, I hired a lawyer to do my papers, I got interviewed last March 2015 officers said I'm on AP, then got another interview May 2015, my problem was my husband was too scared and he forgot my day off, that's the only we got mistake! Was AP again.

I went to Arizona with my friend and USCIS surprised visit our home and my husband barely speak English. The officers just checked our living room, bedroom and took pictures.

In general I don't really know why they suspected our relationship we got marriage with a good faith. It's seems like it's very hard to get through all this.

Does anyone had this experience ? And is there any chance that I can get my GC? I don't really know what to do and my lawyer seems useless .I'm totally scared and I don't want to go back to China.

I love to hear your responses

So why are you hopeless? Shouldn't you be happy that USCIS visited your house!!!! They should have seen lots of proofs of spousal relationship like photos of you two hanging on the walls, some photo albums, bedroom which one can easily say whether a couple or a single person lives in, closets where both of your clothing will be everywhere, living room, restrooms like that.

You should be worried only if there were no photos of the couple, separate closets for the clothing, separate bedrooms for each one like that. That case would definitely justify a fraud marriage petition.
