Question about the dates on our i-129f forms

So I made up the ENTIRE package for her. We met up in North Dakota so I could give it to her and we could take our passport size photos. Problem is that was back in September. Then some ####### came up (car problems and other stuff) so having the money for the fee had to take a backseat.

So, my question is everything is dated October 1, 2015. She wants to mail it but it's now January. Is this going to cause a problem? Can we just change the dates? Or do we need to completely redo the entire thing?

Thank you so much for your insight.

Maybe updated Letters of Intent.

Ok perfect. So you didn't change any dates on anything? Just sent it in? Hoping to mail ours out ASAP! And this would make things a lot easier and faster!

Does the date of letter of intent really matter? My fiance's letter is dated November 2015, and I filed this month (January 2016). It just so happened that I wanted to gather additional documents before I was ready to mail everything out. This took like 2 months. Is this a deal breaker for the k1 petition?
