chances to get my in-laws visa

Hi

Me n my husband sponsor my mother and father in law for visit visa because we just have a baby girl and she is the first child in my in-laws and they wanna see her that's why we applied there visit visa...how much chnaces for them to get approve???

Welcome to the forum.

They (your in-laws) will have to prove to the satisfaction of the US consular official at the interviewing US embassy/consulate, that they have significant ties to their home country such that they would return to their home country after their US visit is completed. Such ties could include, property, house ownership, current stable employment, etc. Each visitor visa applicant is presumed to have immigration intent, and must prove that they are not trying to immigrate to the US. A letter from a doctor, any documents from you, or any other invitation-type letter would likely have no positive effect on the visitor visa approval.

Thanks guys .....my father inlaw is retired and he have funds in his account do u think its positive or negative and they have kids back country too soo they will go bach ...they have a appointment today just remember us in ur prayers ...

it all depends.. in argentina they gave it for 5-10 years.. but every case is different.. could be from single entry (in specials occasions, then they can re-apply) to 10 years multiple entries of up to 180 staying days...

Social Security Administration:
2015-10-26: Applied for SSN at Cambridge Social Security Administration
2015-11-23: Called SSA after four weeks mark. They re-send the forms because it was the wrong one.
2016-01-12: Visit SSA and been told that there was a mail sent to me according the situation. Received it later in the afternoon.

2016-01-13: Finally got my SSN card!! (Yayy!! after 80 days!!)

USCIS:
2015-12-17: Forms I-485, I-765 & I-131 Mailed out by USPS Priority mail
2015-12-20: Package delivered

2015-12-30: Received three NOA1's e-mails and sms (I-485, I-131 and I-765)

2016-01-05: Received three NOA1's hardcopies on hand!

2016-01-06: Received biometrics appointment letter.

2016-01-19: Biometrics appointment @ Dover, DE. (Successful! Took only 10 mins.)

2016-01-25: RFIE notification :cry:

2016-02-02: RFIE hardcopy mail received. (I864 form needed to be corrected + additional documentation)

2016-03-08: Overnighted the RFIE response with UPS

2016-03-09: Package delivered

2016-03-10: Received RFIE reception notification

2016-04-08: EAD & AP been approved!

2016-04-11: Received AP & EAD approval e-notification!! (woot woot!!)

2016-04-12: EAD card is being produced

2016-04-13: EAD card been mailed

2016-04-15: Combo card on hand!

Thank God they got the visa ....anyone know about for how many years they usually give u Visa for how many years? ?

It typically depends on what the home country does for USCs. For example, Kazakhstan had a single entry visa valid for a specific time period you specified on your application. US tourist visa was valid for 6 months. Now Kazakhstan has a 5-year multi-entry visa available for USC and 14 day visa free travel. US now issues a 5-year visa to citizens of Kazakhstan. Some countries get 10-year tourist visas and of course some do not need visas at all and can travel using VWP.

I would have them look at their visas and see what the expiration date is and then you will know for certain.

Who will afford all ur expenses?

That's it after that she said ur Visa is approved they didn't see any documents nothing they were being very lucky
